'Clash of Clans' Developer Supercell had been bought by Tencent for $8.6 Billion

One of the top company in China, Tencent, has agreed to buy majority stake in Clash of Clans developers Supercell from Japanese telecoms giant SoftBank. The deal said to be worth $8.57 and boost the company value of 10.2 billion. 
73 percent of Clash of Clan company is owned by SoftBank after paying nearly 1.5 billion for 51 percent in 2013.
Supercell CEO IKKA PAAnanen said that they want Supercell to be the world’s best place for creative people to create games and at the same time drill an excited growth opportunity with China as they may be able to increase Clash of Clan's users via Tencent’s channels.
Besides that, huge opportunity is open for Tencent to expand its value in the gaming market. Lastly, SoftBank has also said that it will sell at least $7.9 billion of shares in Alibaba.

Yeah, most of US business have been bought by Chinese company nowadays.
