Rockey4ND Dongle Installation

Ever wonder how to install Rockey4ND? It's easy!

First, you have to include `php_com_dotnet.dll` extension in `php.ini`.

                            
Restart the apache in XAMPP then run `phpinfo()`, the com_dotnet should be loaded.

Then create a folder inside htdocs and name it anything that you want (I named it as Rockey-php)

Next, put all the necessary file inside Rockey-php folder and don't forget to include the .dll file.
(As for me, I get the `Rockey4NDCom.dll` from Api32 not the Api64)

After that, register the dll and done!
